Rasta has been fostered, perhaps to adopt! This wonderful couple fell in love with her at the Farmer’s Market. A dog like Rasta could easily have been overlooked in a crowded shelter, but on an outing, she shone.

Since I’d been fostering her, I could continue to discuss her behavior and care as they became accustomed to being her new people. I was sure to warn them that she can be stubborn! They’ve been enjoying her so much. There’s nothing like watching someone’s unwanted dog become someone else’s treasured companion.

This low-energy girl doesn’t ask for much, and she gives so much love and so many cuddles. I’m so glad that this lovely lady found the home of her dreams. I hope every homeless country hound can be so lucky.
